The subject is improved with a one level, clear-span structure of approximately 19,000 sq/ft. There are two large (20 foot high) access doors at either end of the structure. Height at the centre-point is approximately 40 feet. The upper portion of the building is heavy-duty vinyl while the foundation is constructed of stacked concrete blocks. Electrical service is 400 amp, single phase. Water is provided via an above-ground manually-filled cistern. Sewage disposal is via a common septic tank and remotely located disposal field.
There are two separate legal titles; Strata Lot 26 (32,931 sq/ft. PID 028-646-665) and Strata Lot 27 (31,973 sqft. PID 028-646-673). Both properties are level with grade access from the main internal roadway (Butler Road).
